SERVICE PROCESS & CONDITIONS

Auckland - Level 3 & Christchurch - Level 2 Operating Hours: Weekdays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Auckland & Christchurch warehouse is open until 3:00 pm weekdays, the Auckland Office is open until 4:00pm weekdays. However, any orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed and then dispatched the following business day.

Courier Companies are enforcing temporary restrictions to manage the significant increases in parcel volumes:
Some have suspended pick-up of all over-sized items, where standard item pick-ups for delivery have been restricted to maximum quantities, meaning not all parcels that have been dispatched from our warehouse will be accepted by the courier the same day.
We have created parcel cues within our dispatch centers so that orders are sent in a "first in, first out" basis.


AUCKLAND | LEVEL 3 | OPEN WEEKDAYS | The main points affecting customer service are:


  • Orders are currently taking approximately 3 days to dispatch as we will be playing catch up with the backlog of orders, inward goods, less staff and addition hygiene protocol;
  • Courier companies are experiencing delays of approximately 10 business days to deliver parcels due to their increasing volumes and backlog;
  • Orders can be placed via the website, email, or phone 09 622 2649.
  • Click-and-Collect orders, are welcome. Select Auckland Warehouse Pick-Up at the website checkout. Our staff will contact you to arrange your collection time. Your order will be placed in the designated pick-up area at the agreed time. We ask that you to wear a face covering and keep 2 meters distance from others.
  • For those calling in to our office, warehouse and factory, our QR code and manual sign-in is set up for contact tracing.

CHRISTCHURCH | LEVEL 2 | OPEN WEEKDAYS | The main points affecting customer service are:

  • PLEASE NOTE: Furniture Components Christchurch does not carry all of the products advertised on our website. Christchurch out of stock items will be dispatched from Auckland. click here to email us and check availability prior to placing a website order.
  • We have set up the workplace to minimise contact and maintain safe distancing. This may slow down the processing of orders.
  • Orders can be placed via the website
  • Order are currently taking an additional 3 business days to dispatch due to safety procedures, reduced staff and backlog
  • Orders will be delivered by courier or freight forwarded - like us Courier Companies are experiencing delays during this time which are slowing down deliveries. We will provide tracking once the order has been dispatched;
  • For those calling in to our office, warehouse and factory, our QR code and manual sign-in is set up for contact tracing.
