Auckland | Open Weekdays | Customer Service Process:

  • Orders can be placed via website, email, or phone 09 622 2649.
  • Click-and-Collect orders available (Auckland Warehouse Pick-Up).
  • Auckland Hours:
    • Warehouse is open from 7:30 am until 2:00 pm weekdays.
    • Office is open from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm weekdays.
  • Orders received after 1:00 pm ship the next business day.
  • For urgent orders, call 09 622 2649.
  • Website is NOT stock-controlled.

Christchurch | Open Weekdays | Customer Service Process:

  • PLEASE NOTE: Christchurch does not stock all items on the website. Out-of-stock items ship from Auckland — Click here to email us and check availability
  • Orders can be placed via website, email, or phone 03 372 3380.
  • Click-and-Collect orders available (Christchurch Warehouse Pick-Up).
  • Christchurch Hours:
    • Mon–Thu: 8 am – 4 pm
    • Fri: 8 am – 12 pm
    • Weekends: Closed
  • Depending on business hours, orders placed after 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
