Rust-resistant, Wade button shells are made of high-quality steel with a corrosion-resistant coating and are harder than regular shells. The coating slows or prevents rust from forming, which is ideal for most environments. However, for marine and outdoor upholstery applications, they require full corrosion immunity, beyond a coating, such as our Aluminium Shells (Click Here). A complete mould is necessary to make a button consisting of a SHELL and BACK. The shell is covered and crimped around the back by a DIE (ref: Dies and Cutters). Sold Per 1 gross.
