NOVAFLEX Twin Flexible Bed Slat Holder, made in France, is a premium adjustable bed slat holder designed for 38 × 8 mm flexible bed slats. This innovative flexible bed slat fitting securely holds two slats and incorporates a 3-position adjustable firmness system, allowing the comfort and support of a sprung bed base to be customised.

The NOVAFLEX system can also accommodate an optional third flexible bed slat, using a rubber-like firmness slider to increase support from the two upper slats. This makes NOVAFLEX an ideal bed slat holder for adjustable firmness, premium bed bases, upholstered beds, timber bed frames and custom bed manufacturing. Novaflex slat system is the premium bed base option offered by Danske Mobler and are suitable for DIY replacement.

Adjustable Bed Slat Holder with 3-Position Firmness Adjustment

The key feature of the NOVAFLEX flexible slat holder is its integrated 3-position firmness adjustment.

The firmness slider lets you adjust the bed slats' flexibility for a softer or firmer feel.

This provides a simple and effective way to adjust bed firmness without replacing the flexible slats or modifying the bed frame.

The adjustable design makes NOVAFLEX particularly suitable for premium adjustable comfort bed bases, where different levels of support may be required.

Optional Third Bed Slat for Additional Lumbar Support

The NOVAFLEX system also offers the option to add a third 38 mm flexible bed slat using the dedicated rubber-like 3-Way firmness adjuster slider.

The third slat rests between the pins on the slat holder and works with the adjustment slider to increase the firmness and support of the two upper slats.

This configuration creates an additional lumbar support zone, allowing the bed base to provide targeted support through the center of the mattress.

The position of the sliders can then be adjusted to customise the level of support:

Towards the centre = firmer support
Towards the edges = softer support

This makes the NOVAFLEX system particularly versatile for manufacturers developing ergonomic bed bases, premium sprung beds and customised mattress support systems.
