Traditional seating system consisting of TENSION SPRINGS stretched across a seat frame from front-to-back.  Connected to TRUNK PLATES on either end.  Tension Springs are made from 14g (2.0mm) galvanized spring wire to a diameter of 12mm.  Length is measured from 'inside the hook' to 'inside the hook' and are generally 10% shorter than the span of the frame, but this is variable depending on the seat firmness desired.  Spring lengths generally increment in 1/2" sizes.
