All Osborne button dies are precision machined, nickel plated and made of high quality steel.  Cutters are heat treated and have sharp edges engineered for accurate cutting and long life.  3 pce dies are made for the W-2 PNEUMATIC Button Covering Machine.  A 3 pce die and cutter set consists of four pieces in total - 3 pces of the die and 1 of the LONG CUTTER (4-1/2" 114mm).  Button sizes available are 22, 24, 30, 36, 40, 45 and 60.  The standard 3 pce dies available are designed to accept MEDIUM Weight (HU) fabric.  All 3 pce die sizes are also available on indent to suit Light Fabric (LU) and Heavy Fabric (HUX).
