ZIG-ZAG SPRING - FLAT 10g

Zig-Zag Springs are sometimes called Serpentine or No-Sag Springs. These are springs formed from tempered wire, which is then formed into evenly spaced curves or "loops" for a fully supportive seating system. Pitch is measured as the distance between the centre points of one 'U'.  Zig Zag Springs should be used with CONNECTING LINKS or similar (alternatively a sprung platform can be built incorporating both connecting links and EDGE WIRE).  The connected springs are then tied down at either end.  Zig Zag Springs are fastened with single metal Z CLIPS or continous plastic CLIP STRIP and can come in ARC or FLAT options depending on the height of 'crown' required and the overall desired appearance.  ARC springs are available in 9g, 10g and 12g as well as 40m continuous rolls.
