Prongs (also known as Clinch Buttons) are useful for high speed production.  Used on headboards, bars, restaurant booths and a wide range of furniture designs.  Very effective for the pre-tufting of covers before attachment to the furniture frame.  Wire is precison tempered - hard enough to keep prongs from falling out - yet easy enough to bend).  Available to take a Wade Shell #30 with prong length of 2-1/2" (e65mm).  Other button sizes and prong lengths available on indent.  Enquire for details.
