Traditional Bonnell springs have been manufactured worldwide for decades. Their simple coil construction has stood the test of time. Furniture Components produce Standard 5-coil, HSC (High Spring Count) and Low Profile spring coil units used by bedding manufacturers for many styles of mattress ranging from single to super king.From Agro of Germany we source individually enclosed pocket coil springs woven into queen mattress size with both soft and firm options that produce an extremely comfortable sleeping experience. Many pocket spring combinations are available from our German principal and we welcome your enquiries. Furniture Components stocks an extensive range of European laminated birch flexible slats available in both 53mm and 38mm widths across several thicknesses and lengths. The curved 53mm Beech foil flexible slats have a corrugated (wavy) surface for superior performance whilst the 38mm slats are flat curved in Elm foil finish.
To compliment the slats Furniture Components stocks are wide variety of slat shoes (pockets) including top mounting, side mounting, single pin, twin pin or staple/screw-on varieties. Plastic tensioners and spreaders are also stocked and an extensive range is available on request from our principal S.A.Delahousse of France.
